Rogers Fire Dept. in Rogers, AR operates at a controlled burn on 10-5-2023 When homes are destined to be torn down or destroyed, fire departments can use those homes to offer real-world training scenarios to their firefighters. This house served just that purpose. In this video, you can see department personnel both in and out of safety gear. There are even people from the community who have setup lawn chairs and decided to enjoy the show. Controlled burns such as this one are essential to keeping our brave firefighters and first responders trained and ready to react when duty calls.
