My good friend Sam was in town visiting from Utah where he is an avid climber and explorer as well as a teacher! Sam’s a cool dude! We got up early to catch the sunrise on the Yellowrock Trail, and spent a few hours exploring what caves and cracks weren’t blocked off due to an invasive fungi threatening bats. I love visiting this State Park and the overlook at Yellowrock never disappoints!
